LPN - Acute Care Specialist

Infojini is seeking a skilled LPN - Acute Care professional to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Your primary duties will include assisting with nursing assessments, providing care according to established nursing plans, and observing changes in patient conditions. You will also be responsible for administering medications, preparing patients for physical examinations, and assisting physicians during examinations. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Responsibilities:
- Assist with nursing assessments through data collection, observation, and vital sign obtainment.
- Provide care according to established nursing plans.
- Observe changes in patient conditions and notify supervisory personnel.
- Administer medications as ordered.
- Prepare patients for physical examinations and assist physicians during examinations.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Current LPN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact LPN License (eNLC).
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association (Preferred).
