Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to clients in their homes. This includes tasks such as helping people get in and out of bed, assisting with showering, and ensuring their home is clean and safe.

Responsibilities
  • Visit clients in their homes and provide personal care services
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Provide companionship and social interaction for clients
  • Report any health concerns to the Nurse Case Manager
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have reliable transportation and be comfortable visiting clients in their homes. You will also need to be able to build relationships with clients and their families, and be able to communicate effectively with the Nurse Case Manager.
