Commercial Electrician

We are a forward-thinking company at Pure Source Renewables, driving innovation in the solar energy sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Electrician - Solar Panel Expert to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $32-35 Hourly

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned electrician to work on commercial and residential solar energy systems. As a Commercial Electrician - Solar Panel Expert, you will be responsible for installing AC and DC electrical components, conducting electrical testing and diagnostics, and troubleshooting and repairing solar energy systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install AC and DC electrical components such as solar modules, inverters, main service panels, and other electrical components.
• Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics to ensure the safe and proper operation of photovoltaic systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine maintenance of solar energy systems.
• Identify potential safety hazards and adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal safety, protect fellow workers, and safeguard the public.
• Read and interpret engineer drawings and blueprints, instruction manuals, site plans.

Requirements:

• Journeyman or electrical license a MUST.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
• Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience installing photovoltaic systems is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
