Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of car wash technicians, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer experiences
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive a clean, safe, and friendly car wash experience
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, improve processes, and increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 1+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school degree or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
