Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rooms Inspector to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Rooms Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area
  • Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience
  • Related work experience in the hospitality industry
