Role Summary

We are currently in search of a Residential Community Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, administration, and personnel management of our manufactured home community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily collection of all rental payments, including late fees.
  • Address delinquent accounts and execute evictions in compliance with state and landlord regulations, attending court as necessary.
  • Recruit, train, and lead onsite personnel to ensure operational deadlines are met, while administering appropriate disciplinary actions when required.
  • Exhibit leadership through effective communication, professional demeanor, and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of community grounds and properties to ensure a well-maintained environment.
  • Delegate tasks to maintenance staff using the Maintenance Work Order system.
  • Input lead data into the Lead Tracker System and complete guest documentation.
  • Process and approve invoices promptly, maintain petty cash, and track all financial transactions.
  • Manage employee records, timesheets, and documentation to ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration.
  • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Handle emergencies and mechanical issues, reporting to corporate as required, which may necessitate availability outside of standard hours.
  • Oversee the refurbishment process of community-owned homes.
  • Maintain awareness of safety protocols and implement corrective measures to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Foster relationships with residents and address their needs promptly.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, promotions, and presentations of homes as directed by the Regional Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in property management with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with MRI is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
