About IPS: Integrated Polymer Solutions is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced materials and engineered components. Our product range includes elastomeric seals, gaskets, tooling, hoses, ablatives, survivability tiles, coatings and tapes, EMI and thermal shielding, electrically conductive metalized fabrics, encapsulated O-rings, polyamide foams, and high-temperature thermoplastics for aircraft interiors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence are also essential. Forklift certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and record shipments.
- Prepare items for shipment.
- Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Forklift certification required.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Possesses high ethical behavior and judgment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
