We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a dynamic company in Chambersburg, PA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, inspecting and repairing mechanical systems, electrical systems, and PLCs, performing timely preventative maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Inspect and repair mechanical systems, electrical systems, and PLCs to prevent downtime and ensure safety
- Perform regular preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failure and extend equipment lifespan
- Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards
- Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Coachable and reliable with a strong attendance record
- Experience with PLCs and reading schematics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
