- Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations, and provide timely documentation
- Attend parent conferences and communicate assessment results
- Follow Medicaid billing procedures and maintain required documentation
- Implement screenings and perform evaluations to identify treatment options
- Create and maintain student IEPs
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
