Job Description
The Systems Engineering and Technical Advisor Program Manager (SETA PM) will provide support to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Professional Technical and Medical Staffing Support Services contract.
This contract includes providing logistics, management, analytic, and procurement staffing support services to the ASPR Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority's (BARDA) mission.
The SETA PM will have experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies and or Military Services. Contract Place of Performance is Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with program vision, design, acquisition, and execution in support of the Government Program Director(s).
- Coordinate and integrate amongst Government Directors, stakeholders, interagency partners, and user communities regarding areas of collaboration, needs, emerging industrial and academic capabilities, and technologies.
- Identify and review emerging requirements and opportunities for transition of selected technology programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (or higher) in related area of expertise.
- Experience in the Public Health Sector.
- 10-15 years' experience in their specific area of expertise.
