Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated BIM Specialist to enhance our project delivery. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing 3D models, crafting design solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. You will engage in a diverse array of projects, including commercial, educational, industrial, and institutional developments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and oversee 3D models utilizing Revit and other BIM technologies.
  • Work alongside engineers and project teams to formulate design solutions.
  • Generate construction documentation and liaise with contractors throughout the construction phase.
  • Evaluate project specifications to ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all BIM outputs.
  • Offer technical guidance and training to team members regarding BIM software and methodologies.
  • Remain informed about industry advancements and trends in BIM technology.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and design with Revit and related software.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles and drafting techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with building codes and compliance regulations.
