Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at Restoration 1 of Chester County. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in responding to customer needs for water and fire restoration services.

• Perform restoration services in accordance with work orders and crew chief instructions
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare work areas for restoration activities
• Ensure job sites are left in a clean and orderly condition
• Communicate effectively with crew chiefs and other technicians

• IICRC certification (preferred)
• Experience in cleaning and restoration services
• Experience serving commercial properties
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
