Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Dialysis Nurse. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatments, medication administration, and patient education.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
  • Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a RN.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as a RN.
