Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
• Compile medical charts, reports, and correspondence
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to manage patient information
• Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate records
• Possess a problem-solving mentality for prioritizing tasks and addressing patient issues
• Provide excellent customer service skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent Medical Assistant experience, with front/back office experience
• Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate, or equivalent, required if state-mandated
• Active BLS/CPR Card
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Ability to work in a smoke-free/tobacco-free environment
