Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare services to adult and child/adolescent populations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.
- Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Texas.
- Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 100% outpatient care in a group practice setting.
