Job Description:

The Senior Physical Therapist Clinic Manager plays a crucial role in leading the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including the treatment of patients. This involves onboarding new employees, training current staff, reviewing treatment plans, and being an integral part of the community we serve. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance patient health and quality of life while advancing their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinic team to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and open communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR Certification
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
