Avera, a leading health system, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and services to residents in our skilled nursing facility, meeting their physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $24.00 per hour
  • Eligibility for $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 24 months

Requirements:
  • Certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota required within 120 days of starting this position
  • Basic Life Support Certification required within 6 months if primary work shift is a night shift position
