Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our Hemet, California location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners and supporting the growth and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
