JAG Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced JAG Specialist to join our team at Vincennes University. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) model in an assigned school, achieving process standards and performance goals, and providing support to at-risk youth in achieving their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit at-risk youth for the JAG program
  • Develop and implement individualized education and career plans for participants
  • Provide instruction and support to help participants achieve their goals
  • Monitor and evaluate participant progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Enter data into the state JAG and Indiana Career Connect systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and implementing the JAG model
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
