Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can efficiently set up and operate CNC machinery, modify programs, and conduct part inspections. Your role will involve:
  • Making necessary adjustments to tooling, programs, and cutter paths with minimal supervision.
  • Setting up and operating CNC equipment effectively.
  • Conducting in-process inspections and initial article assessments.
  • Performing buy-off for production at CNC machine centers with supervisor approval.
  • Identifying and replacing dull or damaged tools.
  • Documenting inspections as required and maintaining accurate part counts.
  • Re-evaluating and rejecting defective parts as necessary.
  • Communicating professionally with colleagues across various departments.
  • Ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person in compliance with ITAR regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Experience with measuring devices for inspecting machined parts.
  • Training in blueprint reading is preferred.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
