Join the Council Bluffs Community School District team as a Site Facilitator, responsible for overseeing the implementation of before and after school programs for the 21stCentury Grant.
Job Summary:As a Site Facilitator, you will be responsible for organizing and assisting in the implementation of the 21stCentury Grant before and after school programs. This includes securing snacks and materials for community partners and staff, assisting with attendance, and developing methods of recruitment for student participation.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and implement the 21stCentury Grant before and after school programs
- Secure snacks and materials for community partners and staff
- Assist with attendance and develop methods of recruitment for student participation
- Act as a liaison between the district and community partners
- Participate in Family Literacy and Family Engagement programs and events
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the 21stCentury Grant program
An associate degree in human services or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in human services is also preferred.
