Position Overview: Homecare California is seeking skilled caregivers to provide essential support to our senior clients.

Requirements: We are specifically looking for male caregivers capable of assisting with significant transfers, as well as female caregivers who can transport clients to appointments and run errands.

Core Responsibilities: Candidates must be proficient in performing basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which include but are not limited to:

  • Bathing and showering
  • Incontinence care
  • Medication reminders
  • Assisting with exercises
  • Meal preparation and cooking

Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess experience in caring for individuals with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Hospice, and Stroke.

Work Schedule: Shifts may vary based on client needs, including nights, overnights, days, weekends, short shifts (4 hours), long shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), and overnight shifts.

Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $25.00, along with applicable benefits for paid sick leave, health insurance, and more. This compensation range is a reasonable estimate based on current circumstances and may vary as permitted by law.
