Homelessness Outreach and Support Manager

The Resource Center Case Manager RoleThis critical role requires a skilled and compassionate individual to support the needs of young people experiencing homelessness. Key responsibilities include establishing positive relationships, conducting intake interviews, developing individual case plans, and providing emergent and support services.
Essential Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in social services or a closely related field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with youth or young adults OR;
- A high school diploma or GED and two years of successful full-time experience in a relevant field working with children or youth; supervisory abilities that promote effective staff performance; and relevant experience, training, and demonstrated skills in each area they will be managing or supervising.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
This position offers a competitive salary of $43,464 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $19.06. Additionally, Rod's House provides medical, dental, vision, vacation time, sick time, and a 401K plan. Opportunity for career growth and professional development also exists.
