About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Barnes & Noble. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by crafting high-quality beverages and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, building rapport, and listening to their needs.
• Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
• Recommend beverages and food items to customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment, including the bake case and merchandise displays.
• Execute operational standards, safety, and health codes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Protect company assets by controlling waste and shrink, and recognizing opportunities to help customers and employees.
