Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Imperial Cleaning Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our commercial cleaning services and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular location inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and train a team of custodial technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and report on employee time and attendance, as well as manage daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct weekly payroll and address any employee performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Notify HR and Operations of any staffing changes and provide support during emergency situations.
  • Create and submit supply orders, as well as submit service requests to the office.
Requirements
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and employees.
  • Results-oriented and able to resolve challenges and emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Multi-tasking and customer-focused with a can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, as well as email, spreadsheets, and relevant software applications.
