The successful candidate will work in the Department of Human Genetics and the Neuroscience Institute, focusing on the function, mechanism, and therapeutic potential of mRNA processing in brain development and disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research in neuroscience and molecular biology, with a focus on mRNA processing and its role in brain development and disorders.
- Develop and apply cutting-edge genetics, transcriptomics, and single-cell approaches to animal models, human cerebral organoids, and postmortem tissues.
- Collaborate with experts in developmental neurobiology, transcriptomics, and translational research.
- Contribute to the development of research platforms and close collaborations with other departments and institutions.
- Recent PhD or MD/PhD within 1 year after graduation.
- Established track records in molecular biology, neuroscience, developmental biology, or stem cell biology.
