Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Longhorn Steakhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our guests.
• Guide guests through our menu, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high level of service and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages and maintain a safe and responsible serving environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
