Job Title: Professional Nursing Care Provider

Purpose:
The role involves delivering expert nursing care to patients in an office setting under the guidance of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws.Adhere to the standards set by relevant regulatory bodies.Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous methods.Support physicians during examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatment procedures.Evaluate patients' overall health and record vital signs and weight.Conduct IV therapy under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Maintain accurate documentation of all actions, patient and family responses, and medications in the medical records.Ensure confidentiality regarding medical records and sensitive information.Encourage wellness by providing educational materials and conveying physician recommendations.Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.Preferred: One year of clinical experience.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CPR certification is required based on AHA standards within 30 days of employment.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) OR Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Act 34

*Current licensure must be held in the state where the facility operates or, if applicable, a multistate license issued by a participating state in the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement. Employees with an out-of-state NLC license who change residency to the state of the facility must apply for licensure within 60 days of the residency change.
