Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sheetz. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in the recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of store team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs across the store.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback through various channels.
- Oversee the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and store appearance.
- Lead the charge on profit management by overseeing processes such as shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two-year degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Successful completion of certification testing as needed.
- One year of experience supervising others in a fast-food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
- ServeSafe certification and any other legally required certification.
