Job Title: Retail Merchandise Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Support the sales floor team in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our programs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Contribute to store recovery efforts, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are organized and tidy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
  • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude.

Starting Pay Range: $13.50 to $14.00 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
