Role Summary:

The Busser is a vital member of our Xperience XRG team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences by efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods to maximize table turns and maintain restaurant flow.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table set-ups.
  • Ensure cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations.
  • Work collaboratively with food servers to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Respond to guest concerns/complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Participate in opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
  • Proper lifting techniques.
  • Guest relations.
  • Sanitation and safety.
  • Full service restaurant operations.
Working Conditions:
