Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables and floors.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, as well as other menu items.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties and cash handling.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by the city/county/state.
  • Must be able to meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
