Job Summary

This is a full-time LPN position that requires a minimum of one year of experience in long-term care facilities. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform designated job duties while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.
  • Participate in the development of individualized interdisciplinary plans of care.
  • Implement the plan of care according to biophysical, psycho-social, and age-specific needs.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and report abnormal findings to the Assistant Clinical Manager/Supervisor.
  • Administer specified medications according to established standards and policies.
  • Document patient status according to unit-specific procedures.
Requirements
  • NC LPN License
  • BCLS Certification
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care Facility
  • Knowledge/Skills:
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
    Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
