Job Summary:

As a Welding Specialist at Montana Precision Products, you will be responsible for completing welding projects on time while ensuring quality and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Set up and layout jobs using blueprints and diagrams
Operate machines to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
Inspect and maintain welding equipment
Excellent attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read blueprints and use basic math skills for long periods
Occasionally lift 25-45 lbs
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
U.S. person status required
TIG welding experience preferred but not required
