Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Devonshire Acres Care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to develop effective treatment plans that promote functional, goal-based outcomes.
  • Conduct in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members on restorative techniques.
  • Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plan of care and patient-related activities.
  • Collaborate with patients, clients, and team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services in the medical record.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with patients, clients, and team members.
