Key Responsibilities
  • Product Delivery and Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro markets, ensuring that customers receive the products they need in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, while building strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Sanitation: Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro markets and other related equipment, ensuring that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Market Setup and Merchandising: Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays, and issue sales promotion materials to customers, ensuring that our markets are visually appealing and attractive to customers.
  • Accountability and Record-Keeping: Account for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Reconciliation and Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with District procedures, and keep company vehicles clean and organized at all times, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Requirements
  • Driving Experience: 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.
  • Lifting and Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Material Handling Equipment: Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
  • Independence and Accountability: Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day.
