About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companion Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home North Phoenix / Scottsdale. As a Companion Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients in the North Scottsdale area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care and Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Offer Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks, to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with Household Chores: Help clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks as needed.
  • Provide Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments, social events, and other activities.
  • Monitor and Report Client Needs: Observe and report any changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to our office staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Compassionate and Patient: A compassionate and patient attitude is essential for providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients, family members, and our office staff.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for transporting clients.
