The salary for this role is estimated to be around $19.49 per hour, based on industry standards and market rates.

About the Role

This position will involve operating a variety of textile machinery, including air jet looms and Rapier looms, to produce high-quality fabrics. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to work in our carbon room, where they will be responsible for producing specialized fabric products. This role requires a high level of physical activity, as the operator will need to walk 4-7 miles per day to patrol the production area.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate weaving machines to produce high-quality fabrics
  • Thread needles by hand to prepare machines for operation
  • Inspect products to ensure patterns and quality meet company standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience operating textile machinery
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
