Job Summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking a skilled Fabrication Fitter-Welder to join our team in Jennings, LA.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fabrication welding, with a strong understanding of FCAW welding and the ability to pass a weld test.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout requirements and follow process procedures
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using various processes
  • Operate flame-cutting equipment and metal shaping machines
  • Repair worn metal products by welding on extra layers
  • Perform duties in a safe, ethical, and legal manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must have a strong understanding of safety procedures
