Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Technician to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Surgical Technologist On Call, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best surgical experiences for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize principles of aseptic techniques to create and maintain a sterile field.
  • Plan for and provide equipment and supplies based on patient and physician needs.
  • Help promote cost containment while delivering quality patient care within the operating room.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform other necessary functions within Surgical Services and procedural areas to assist in the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Graduation from a Surgical Technology Program or related on-the-job training.
  • Surgical Technician Certification preferred.
  • One year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider required.
