Job Description

**Job Summary**

West Virginia Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Make Ready Team, you will be responsible for completing light make ready projects to ensure vacant properties are listed quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete light projects such as painting, power washing, caulking, cleaning carpets, trash removal, changing locks, light demo, and pest control.
  • Verify that all larger maintenance has been completed, appliances are in working order, and the property is ready to be listed/leased.
  • Follow instructions listed on work orders to stay within designated owner budgets.
  • Work efficiently to meet project timelines and contribute to the team's goal of completing at least one full project per week.
  • Report to the Make Ready Project Leader and Manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
  • Physical ability to perform light maintenance tasks.
