Nail Technician

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing high-quality nail services to our guests.

• Discuss nail services and treatments with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Massage clients' hands, feet, and calves with soothing oils and lotions to promote relaxation.
• Push back and cut cuticles to maintain nail health.
• Buff and shine nails to enhance their appearance.
• Apply wraps, artificial nails, polishes, and nail art to create unique designs.
• Perform hot stone massages and paraffin wraps to provide a luxurious experience.
• Promote and sell nail and skincare products to our guests.

This role requires effective communication with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, move around all work areas efficiently, and work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current NYS nail technician license.
• Knowledgeable about all facets of nail care.
• Detail-oriented and enjoys socializing with people.

In addition to the other duties described herein, every Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:

• Attend required training sessions offered by the casino.
• Obtain required licenses.
• Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Responsible for ensuring minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's department.
• Adhere to Internal Control Procedures and Policies.
• Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management.
