The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, demonstrating knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment in nursing practice. They supervise care delivery, coordinate patient plans, and educate patients, families, and staff. Collaboration with other disciplines is essential.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Graduation from a nationally accredited school of professional nursing, with no experience required. If you graduated from a non-nationally accredited school, at least one year of professional nursing experience is required. A BSN is preferred, or an education action plan in place. Newly hired RNs with five years or less nursing experience are required to receive their BSN within five years from date of hire. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana is required. Card Non-Invasive certification is also necessary.
