Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by guiding guests to their tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and accommodate guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process reservations, answer guest inquiries, and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.
  • Assist with coat check, menu distribution, and other front-of-house duties as needed.
  • Participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on restaurant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or nightclub.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
  • Tao Group Hospitality in-venue host training.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
