Position Summary:

We are seeking an Inspector to oversee the compliance of our client's underground and aerial plant facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all installations meet the established standards through diligent inspections and oversight of contractor work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Document all findings and activities electronically.
  • Utilize email and mobile communication for effective coordination.
  • Occasionally perform manual inspections using printed documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in underground construction and inspection.
  • Familiarity with NESC inspections or experience with aerial cable line crews is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of wooden pole ground line inspections.
  • Understanding of the National Electric Safety Code.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage construction contractors effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
