Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility, including walking, transferring, and positioning
  • Assist with prescribed exercises and activities
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide homemaking services, including light housekeeping and laundry
  • Document client status and care provided
Requirements:
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current and valid PA Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (Will Train if not Certified)
