Job Summary:

The primary objective is to support the ongoing business operations, both operationally and financially, while nurturing relationships with current clients and exploring opportunities for new business development.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute all assigned responsibilities in a professional manner.
  • Conduct cleaning and upkeep of all flooring types, including tile, carpet, and brick.
  • Complete work tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize the correct cleaning agents and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including the use of safety signage such as "wet floor."
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Report any identified safety hazards immediately.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least one year of experience in a related commercial field.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work assigned hours.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a commendable driving record.
