About the Role:
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Create personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders and provide education to patients and family members.
  • Keep accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology.
  • Active California Speech & Language Pathologist license.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.
