Role Summary
The Senior Customer Assistance Representative will deliver outstanding customer service by supporting both internal and external clients, primarily through face-to-face interactions. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their rental needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries, including reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, while providing timely information and solutions.
  • Manage outgoing calls for follow-ups and various assigned tasks.
  • Assist customers in assessing their rental requirements both in person and over the phone.
  • Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Guide customers with directions and general support.
  • Evaluate the condition of returned vehicles and process check-ins and returns efficiently.
  • Market the company’s services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
  • Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
  • Promote optional protection products and upgrades as necessary.
  • Notify management of any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic administrative tasks, including billing support and report generation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Work Schedule
Availability to work the following schedule is required:
  • Sunday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Monday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
