About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Schwan's Company. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery
  • Collaborate with production workers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree in a specialized maintenance trade preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience in maintenance and repair
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret safety documents and maintenance instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
